UQ Academic Calendar 2022-2023: Important University Dates

UQ semester 2 dates 2022

Based on the UQ academic calendar for 2022, UQ Semester 2 will begin on July 25, 2022 and end on November 19, 2022. Semester 2 classes begin on Monday, July 25, 2022, and end on Saturday, October 29, 2022.

Here are the important dates and due dates for UQ semester 2 in 2022.

1. Semester 2-course timetables (My Timetable) are available on Monday, June 6 2022.
2. Monday, June 20, 2022, at noon, you can start putting things on My Timetable.
3. The first time you can ask mySI-net to change a programme is on Wednesday, June 29, 2022. (provisional).
4. My Timetable: My personal schedule comes out at noon, and I can make changes to it on Monday, July 11, 2022.
5. Students from their own country have until Friday, July 15, 2022, to sign up. The last day to change a programme through mySI-net is the same date.
6. For international students, the last day to sign up is Friday, July 23, 2022.
7. Classes for UQ Semester 2 start on Monday, July 25, 2022. UQ Blackboard Guide is worth looking at.
8. The last day to add classes or change your enrollment is Friday, August 5, 2022. It is also the last day that tuition fees can be paid.
9. My change to my timetable ends at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, August 8, 2022.
10. Monday, August 8, 2022, is a public holiday in the Gatton area only because of the Royal Queensland Show. The Gatton campus will be closed (provisional).
11. The Royal Queensland Show is a public holiday on August 10, 2022, but only in the Brisbane area. St. Lucia and Herston Campus will be closed (provisional).
12. On Saturday, August 27, 2022, and Saturday, September 10, 2022, there will be midterm exams.
13. Wednesday, August 31, 2022, is the Census date or the last day to drop classes or cancel enrollment without having to pay.
14. On Saturday, September 24, 2022, the last day of class is before the midterm break.
15. UQ’s mid-semester break starts on September 26 and ends on October 3, 2022.
16. The last day to drop classes or cancel enrollment without getting in trouble with the school is September 30, 2022.
17. The Queen’s Birthday holiday is on Monday, October 3, 2022.
18. After midsemester break, classes will start back up on Tuesday, October 4, 2022.
19. Saturday, October 3, 2022, is the day for the mid-semester exams that were put off until the end of the semester.
20. Saturday, October 29, 2022, is the last day of Semester 2 classes at UQ.
21. From October 31 to November 4, 2022, UQ Semester 2 students will have time to study.
22. The last day to drop a course in mySI-net without having to pay a fee or get a bad grade is Friday, November 4, 2022.
23. From November 5 to November 19, 2022, UQ Semester 2 tests will be given.
24. The second semester of UQ will end on Saturday, November 19, 2022.
25. On Monday, November 21, 2022, continuing students can sign up for Semesters 1 and 2 of 2023.
26. The end of Semester 2 grades will be on Wednesday, November 30, 2022.
27. From December 5 to December 23, 2022, UQ will have its graduations.
28. The dates for the deferred and extra exams for Semester 2 are December 13–16, 2022.

UQ semester 1 dates 2022

According to the UQ academic calendar for 2022, UQ Semester 1 will run from early January to Saturday, June 18, 2022. Classes start on February 21, 2022, and end on May 28, 2022.

Here are the important dates and due dates for UQ semester 1 2022.

1. The first day to change a programme through mySI-net is Tuesday, January 4, 2022.
2. Students from their own country have until Friday, January 28, 2022, to sign up.
3. On Saturday, January 29, 2022, Semester 1 Preferring for My Timetable will end at 4 p.m.
4. The last day to change a programme through mySI-net is Friday, February 11, 2022.
5. The week of February 14–18, 2022, is Semester 1 Orientation Week.
6. Friday, February 18 is the last day for international students to sign up.
7. Monday, February 21, 2022, is the first day of Semester 1 classes at UQ.
8. The last day to pay tuition fees is Friday, March 7, 2022. The deadline for adding courses or making changes to enrollment is the same day.
9. My change to my timetable for Semester 1 ends on Monday, March 7, 2022.
10. The Census date, or the last day to drop classes or cancel enrollment without having to pay, is Thursday, March 31, 2022.
11. Before midterm break, classes end on Thursday, April 14, 2022.
12. The midterm break for Semester 1 will start on Monday, April 18, 2022 and end on Monday, April 24, 2022.
13. After mid-semester break, classes will start back up on Tuesday, April 26, 2022.
14. The last day to drop classes or cancel enrollment without getting in trouble with the school is April 30, 2022.
15. The last day of Semester 1 classes at UQ is May 28, 2022.
16. Semester 1 review time is May 30 through June 3, 2022.
17. The last day to drop a course in mySI-net without having to pay a fee or get a bad grade is Friday, June 3, 2022.
18. The UQ Semester 1 exam starts on June 4 and goes until June 18.
19. UQ Semester 1 ends on Saturday, 18 June 2022.
20. Semester 1 grades will be finalised on Wednesday, June 29, 2022.
21. The retake exams for Semester 1 will be held from July 19 to July 22, 2022.
