UCF Academic Calendar 2022-2023: Important Dates and Deadlines

You need to look at the University of Central Florida, UCF Academic Calendar to find out about important dates and due dates. Students can sign up for classes at UCF for the whole upcoming academic year (3 semesters).

During each academic semester, all new, current, degree-seeking, and non-degree-seeking students can sign up for the next term. There are two types of registration sessions: Registration and Late Registration (held during the first week of classes each term).

After the midterm of the spring semester, you can sign up for the summer, fall, and spring terms that will follow. The only way to find out about classes is to use the Class Schedule Search on my.ucf.edu. In the UCF Academic Calendar, you can find the dates and times for each registration period.

UCF academic calendar fall 2022

On Friday, August 19, 2022, the fall semester at UCF will start. More dates and deadlines from the UCF academic calendar for the fall semester of 2022 are listed below.

1. Sunday, May 1, 2022, is the last day for first-year college students to send in their applications for the fall of 2022.
2. Friday, July 1, 2022, is the last day to send in an application for a new undergraduate transfer. The deadline for getting back in is the same day.
3. From Friday, August 19, 2022, to Sunday, August 21, 2022, on-campus housing will be available.
4. On Friday, August 19, 2022, the UCF Fall Semester will begin.
5. Monday, August 22, 2022, is the first day of fall classes at UCF.
6. From Monday, August 22, 2022, to Friday, August 26, 2022, you can use the myUCF login portal to sign up late.
7. Friday, August 26, 2022, is the last day to drop out and get your money back in full.
8. The last day to drop or swap classes on myUCF is Friday, August 26, 2022. Same day is add deadline.
9. The last day to pay tuition and fees is Friday, September 2, 2022. The rent payment is due on the same day.
10. Monday, September 5, 2022, is Labor Day. UCF Holiday 2022.
11. The last day to put off getting financial aid is Friday, October 28, 2022.
12. The last day to drop classes without paying is Friday, October 28, 2022.
13. The deadline for the second payment in a plan to pay for college is Friday, October 28, 2022.
14. The last day to change your mind is Friday, October 28, 2022.
15. Veterans Day is on November 11, 2022, a Friday. UCF Holiday 2022.
16. Wednesday, November 23, 2022, is Thanksgiving Day.
17. UCF will be closed from Thursday, November 24, 2022, to Saturday, November 26, 2022, for Thanksgiving.
18. Friday, December 2, 2022, is the last day of fall classes at UCF.
19. Grade Forgiveness Friday, December 2, 2022 at 11:59 PM is the last day to use myUCF.
20. From Monday, December 5, 2022, to Sunday, December 11, 2022, the last exam will be given.
21. The last day to live on campus is Monday, December 12, 2022.
22. Grades Due by noon on December 14, 2022, in myUCF.
23. On December 16, 2022, grades will be posted to myUCF as they become available and will be final at 9 a.m.
24. The ceremony is on Friday and Saturday, December 16 and 17, 2022.

UCF academic calendar spring 2022

Here are important dates and deadlines on the UCF academic calendar for the Spring semester of 2022.

1. Early registration for new first-year college students starts on Monday, November 1, 2021, and goes through Sunday, January 9, 2022.
2. On-campus housing opens at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 8, 2022, and Sunday, January 9, 2022.
3. On Monday, January 10, 2022, spring classes at UCF will start.
4. From Monday, January 10, 2022, to Friday, January 14, 2022, people can sign up late.
5. The last day to drop or switch a class on myUCF is January 14, 2022.
6. The last day to drop and get a full refund is Friday, January 14, 2022 at 11:59 p.m.
7. The last day to add something on myUCF is January 14, 2022, at 11:59 p.m.
8. The week of spring break is from March 6 to March 13, 2022.
9. The last day to cancel is March 25, 2022, at 11:59 p.m.
10. Monday, April 25, 2022, is the last day of school. Same day is the last day to get rid of both an incomplete and a bad grade.
11. Tuesday, April 26, 2022, is a study day (no classes).
12. From Wednesday, April 27, 2022, to Tuesday, May 3, 2022, the last exam will be given.
13. The last day to live on campus is Wednesday, May 4, 2022.
14. On Thursday, May 5, 2022, the degree will be given.
15. From Thursday, May 5, 2022, to Saturday, May 7, 2022, UCF will have its graduation ceremony.
16. Friday, May 6, 2022, at noon, grades are due in myUCF.
17. On Sunday, May 8, 2022, you can check your grades on myUCF.

UCF academic calendar summer 2022

On Monday, May 16, 2022, the UCF Summer semester will begin. There are four parts to the summer semester: Sections A, B, C, and D.

Commencement and Degree Date of presentation: Friday, August 5, 2022, through Saturday, August 6, 2022.

On the UCF academic calendar, Memorial Day is on Monday, May 30, 2022, and Independence Day is on July 4, 2022. (Monday, July 4, 2022).

Session A

1. Housing for Session A starts on Sunday, May 15, 2022.
2. Classes for UCF’s Summer session A start on Monday, May 16, 2022.
3. Students in Session A have until Monday, May 16, 2022 to Friday, May 20, 2022 to sign up late.
4. The last day to get a full refund is Friday, May 20, 2022.
5. Friday, May 20, 2022 at 11:59 PM is the last day to add or drop/swap classes on myUCF.
6. The last day to withdraw is Friday, June 10, 2022, at 11:59 p.m.
7. On-campus housing ends for Summer A on June 25, 2022.
8. Classes for UCF Summer semester Session A end on June 25, 2022.
9. The grades for Session A are due in myUCF at noon on June 29, 2022.

Session B

1. Session B Housing on campus will be available from Friday, June 24, 2022, to Sunday, June 26, 2022.
2. On Monday, June 27, 2022, classes for UCF’s Summer session B will start.
3. Students in session B can sign up after the deadline from Monday, June 27, 2022, to Friday, July 1, 2022.
4. The last day to get a full refund is Friday, July 1, 2022.
5. Friday, July 1, 2022 at 11:59 PM is the last day to add or drop/swap classes on myUCF.
6. The last day to withdraw is Friday, July 22, 2022, at 11:59 p.m.
7. Classes for UCF Summer semester Session B end on August 6, 2022. The deadline for giving up a grade is the same day.
8. On-campus housing (Summer B) ends on Sunday, August 7, 2022.
9. The grades for Session B are due in myUCF at noon on August 10, 2022.

Session C

1. On-Campus housing for Session C starts on Sunday, May 15, 2022.
2. Classes for UCF’s Summer session C start on Monday, May 16, 2022.
3. Students in session C have until Monday, May 16, 2022, until Friday, May 20, 2022, to sign up late.
4. The last day to get a full refund is Friday, May 20, 2022.
5. Friday, May 20, 2022 at 11:59 PM is the last day to add or drop/swap classes on myUCF.
6. The last day to withdraw is Friday, July 8, 2022, at 11:59 p.m.
7. The last day of classes for UCF Summer semester Session C is Saturday, August 6, 2022. The deadline for giving up a grade is the same day.
8. On-Campus housing (Summer C) ends on Sunday, August 7, 2022.
9. The grades for Session C are due in myUCF at noon on August 10, 2022.

Session D

1. Classes for UCF’s Summer session D start on Monday, May 16, 2022.
2. Students in session D can sign up after the deadline from Monday, May 16, 2022, to Friday, May 20, 2022.
3. The last day to get a full refund is Friday, May 20, 2022.
4. Friday, May 20, 2022 at 11:59 PM is the last day to add or drop/swap classes on myUCF.
5. The last day to withdraw is Friday, June 24, 2022, at 11:59 p.m.
6. The grades for Session D are due in myUCF at noon on July 20, 2022.
7. Classes for UCF Summer semester Session D end on August 6, 2022. The deadline for giving up a grade is the same day.
