Each student at California State University, Fullerton receives a free Office 365 Outlook email account (CSUF Email) and access to a Google suite of services called Titan Apps (G-Suite such as Google Docs, Google Drive). By entering into your CSUF Portal account, you can access both your email and your Titan Apps.
We’ll go over each of the three methods for accessing Outlook on the web below.

Access csuf email using your portal
- Log in to your campus portal.
- On the Portal site, select the Student Email symbol in the upper right corner.
- Type in your CSUF Portal login information. Click Sign In after that.
- On the Microsoft sign-in screen, choose Yes or No according to your choices.
- You will be asked to choose your language and time zone if this is your first time accessing your student email.
- Select “Save.” You’re finished!
Access using “login to email” page
- Launch your web browser and go to email.fullerton.edu
- Under Student Login, click Email Login.
- Type in your CSUF Portal login information. Click Sign In after that.
- On the Microsoft sign-in screen, choose Yes or No according to your choices.
- Your CSUF email account is now logged in.
Access using Microsoft’s Outlook login page
- Go to the Microsoft Outlook login page via a web browser.
- Enter your campus email address, e.g. yourusername@csu.fullerton.edu Then click Next.
- Type in your CSUF Portal login information. Click Sign In after that.
- On the Microsoft sign-in screen, choose Yes or No according to your choices.
- You’ve finished.
How to access your CSUF google account
- Open any Google app and click “Sign In”
- Enter your campus email address. Then click Next.
- The Titan Apps sign-in page asks you to enter your campus username and password. Click Sign In after that.
- If asked to confirm that this is your account, click Continue. If your CSUF Google account has two-step verification enabled, you could be asked to confirm your account using a different method, like a text message.
- Your CSUF Google account is currently logged in.
How to set up Csuf email on Iphone
- To access the Settings app, hit Settings on the iPad’s home screen. To add your Fullerton email account, tap Mail, Contacts, and Calendars, then tap Add Account…
- For setup, tap on Microsoft Exchange.
- Enter your login, password, description, and email address (including the @exchange.fullerton.edu). In the Domain field, type ad. Click Next.
- The name “Server” will now appear in a new field. As the server, type campusmail.fullerton.edu. Then select Next.
- The desired switches for Mail, Contacts, and Calendars should be turned on. Additionally, you can adjust Mail Days to Sync to the appropriate time.

What is my Csuf email address?
Your CSUF email address (username@csu.fullerton.edu) serves as the username for your account.
How do I log into my Csuf email?
Your student email address should be entered as tuffy@csu.fullerton.edu. The Titan Apps page will be reached after the redirect. Use your Portal username and password to log in. Before the @csu.fullerton.edu, your username is the first portion of your email address.
