For the academic year 2022–2023, Abertay University will provide overseas students with master’s and doctoral scholarships. The recipient of this scholarship receives a £3,000 grant. Equal payments for the prize are made in January and April.

Abertay University Scholarships Deadlines

Applications are due by December 15th for February admission (if you need a Tier 4 visa then the deadline is 30 November).
Application date is April 30 for June admission (if you need a Tier 4 visa then the deadline is 31 March).
Application date is August 31st for October entrance (if you need a Tier 4 visa then the deadline is 31 July).

The winner of the Abertay University Scholarships for International Students receives a £3,000 grant.

Eligibility Criteria for Abertay University Scholarship

The following requirements must be met by applicants for Abertay University Scholarships for International Students:

Required Languages: English. A higher degree of English proficiency is typically expected by the university from applicants whose first language is not English.
Eligible Countries: All World Countries
Have enrolled at Abertay University as a full-time postgraduate student for your first degree. Candidates who already possess a postgraduate degree from the UK are ineligible.
Have been designated by Abertay University as having an international (international) fee status.
Have fulfilled all of the academic requirements associated with your admission offer to enrol full-time in September 2022 or January 2023.
Have earned a degree that is at least the equivalent of a 2:1 in the UK.

Postgraduate students who are enrolled right now are not eligible for this award, nor are Abertay graduates.

How to Apply for Abertay University Scholarship?

To be eligible for an Abertay University Scholarship for International Students, please complete the application steps below:

After receiving your study offer by July 1, you will receive an email from us informing you whether you have been granted an Abertay International Scholarship if you satisfy all eligibility requirements.
